| Chris Liell-Cock Chris has a Bachelor of Commerce and is qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants with a Certified Practicing Accountant. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and spent ten years as a director across a variety of organisations and industries, including as Company Secretary and Audit Committee member, and is currently the director for four companies. He has worked as a senior executive across multiple industries, predominantly accountable for the development and implementation of strategies and business plans to dramatically improve performance for global corporations and SMEs. Chris joined the board in 2014 and became Treasurer in July 2015. |

| Chris Hunt Chris is a highly experienced CFO/COO who has led finance and operations teams to deliver business success for multi-national blue chip organisations. Chris has nurtured organisations through dynamic growth phases, mergers and acquisitions, and turn-around situations. He is adept at applying experience and knowledge across industry and market sectors to deliver competitive edge and drive business success. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences/Microbiology. |

| James Baudzus James has a Bachelor or Commerce and a Master of Laws. He is a qualified chartered accountant and is admitted as a lawyer in New South Wales. James’ experience includes managing restructures and turn-around situations, along with accounting and finance. He currently works in Macquarie Group’s Treasury function. He began volunteering for WINGS of Hope in 2013 and joined the Board in 2020. |

| Virginia Hazard Virginia is a commercial lawyer and consultant. She has over 25 years of legal and executive experience with large international and highly regulated corporations in pharmaceuticals and complementary healthcare; agribusiness; foods and OTC products. Virginia holds both a Bachelor and a Master of Laws, and qualifications in change management. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and joined the board in 2022. |
