Wendy McWilliam
Ambassador, Immediate Past President and Co-Founder WINGS of Hope
Wendy is a lived experience speaker for WINGS of Hope and other associations supporting those bereaved by suicide. She was one of the founders of the charity more than 10 years ago, that was established to inspire growth after loosing a loved one to suicide.


Marika Kontellis
BA (Welfare Studies), Bachelor Social Work, Master of Management (Community). Executive Director WINGS of Hope Director Community and Services Development CCNB
Marika has over three decades of experience working with people, their families and communities. She is known and recognised as a community sector leader, relationship builder and advocate of impact driven service models. Marika has extensive experience supporting people, families and communities impacted by suicide


Kerry Gleeson
Suicide Prevention and Postvention Advisor, National Lead
Bachelor of Arts Majoring in Criminology & Education, Member of the lived experience collective.
Kerry has worked in the field for over 20 years in the UK and Australia. She is known and respected in her community as a leader in Suicide Prevention, Recovery and Postvention. She uses her lived experience in her work to guide others in that hope and recovery is possible. 
Jodie Streckeisen
Manager, Communications and Events
Jodie has worked with the WINGS of Hope committee for over 5 years. She joined WINGS of Hope after the suicide death of a close friend. By joining the organisation it helped with her grief by connecting with others bereaved by suicide and gave purpose to her role to support others impacted by suicide.
